We want your design journey to feel inspiring, simple, and professional.
Please review these terms so everything is clear before we begin.
1. Scope of Service
Studio Serrano provides 100% online interior design services.
All design packages apply to one room of your choice, except kitchens.
Kitchens and multi-room projects are quoted individually.
All services are delivered digitally.
Studio Serrano does not provide in-person visits.
2. Services Offered
Studio Serrano currently offers the following services:
Complimentary 15-Minute Intro Call
A short introductory conversation to understand your project at a high level and explain how the Studio Serrano process works.
This call:
• Is complimentary
• Does not include design advice
• Does not include recommendations, layouts, or sourcing
Online Design Consultation
A 45-minute paid online consultation (€70) focused on professional guidance, clarity, and direction.
This consultation includes:
• Review of one main space or specific design challenge
• Strategic advice and professional guidance
• Discussion of priorities and next steps
This consultation does not include:
• Full room design
• Mood boards or visual concepts
• Layout drawings or technical plans
• Furniture sourcing or shopping lists
Design Packages
Essence Package (€550) and Signature Package (€990) include:
• One 60-minute online kickoff consultation
• Bespoke mood boards
• One complete two-dimensional layout
• Curated shopping list with clickable links
• Digital booklet with all design details
Signature Package additionally includes:
• Three-dimensional renderings
• Walkthrough video
All deliverables are provided digitally.
Studio Serrano does not manage purchases, deliveries, installations, or contractors.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and tailored design results, clients must provide:
• Accurate room measurements
• Clear photos of the space
• A short video walkthrough
• A completed design questionnaire
• A floor plan if available
These are referred to as required materials.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all measurements are accurate.
Studio Serrano cannot be held liable for design issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
All communication takes place by email, except for scheduled online consultations.
4. Purchases & Deliveries
Clients are responsible for:
• All purchases
• Deliveries
• Returns
• Installations
Product prices, availability, and supplier lead times may change and are outside Studio Serrano’s control.
Shopping links and product recommendations are valid at the time of delivery of the design.
Availability or pricing may change if purchases are made at a later date.
Studio Serrano is not responsible for changes made by the client that differ from the recommended selections.
5. Consultations & Additional Support
Each design package includes one 60-minute online kickoff consultation.
The Studio Serrano method is designed to provide all necessary alignment during this consultation when required materials are submitted in advance.
Additional consultations may be booked if the client requests further guidance.
These are optional and billed separately at the rate stated on the website at the time of booking.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Online Design Consultation (€70)
• Refunds are available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
• Within 48 hours, refunds are not available
• Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment
Complimentary 15-Minute Intro Call
• May be cancelled or rescheduled at any time
• No refunds apply as this service is complimentary
Design Packages
A full refund is available only if:
• The package is cancelled at least 48 hours before the kickoff consultation
• No required materials have been submitted
Once any required materials are submitted, the design process begins and refunds are no longer possible.
If required materials are not submitted at least 48 hours before the consultation, the session must be rescheduled by the client. Refunds do not apply.
7. Consultation Fee Credit
If a client books an Online Design Consultation (€70) and then proceeds with an Essence or Signature Package within 14 days after the consultation, the €70 fee will be deducted from the package price.
This credit applies only once and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Essence Package: up to 7 working days
• Signature Package: up to 10 working days
Timelines begin after the kickoff consultation and once all required materials have been received.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Once a service or package is purchased, the agreed price is secured for that specific project.
All prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
No hidden fees apply.
10. Privacy & Use of Materials
All photos, videos, and information provided by clients are treated as confidential.
Design deliverables created by Studio Serrano remain the intellectual property of Studio Serrano.
Studio Serrano may showcase completed design work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
Client personal photos and videos will never be shared without written consent.

By booking any Studio Serrano service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
