About me

"After more than 20 years in corporate finance and a life shaped by expat adventures across several countries, I have balanced many roles: finance professional, qualified interior designer, mother, wife and volunteer.

Today, I find deep fulfillment in supporting local charities in Mexico City, with a focus on empowering girls from vulnerable communities through education. This commitment has become one of the most meaningful parts of my journey.

My passion for interior design was born from necessity. Each time our family relocated, I faced the challenge of transforming a new house into a home that felt personal, welcoming, and reflective of our style and culture. These experiences shaped my approach as a designer. I believe spaces should be beautiful, but also adaptable, versatile, and timeless.

Through Studio Serrano, I share this philosophy with my clients. I create homes that are elegant and functional, but also soulful and meaningful. Spaces that feel like home, no matter where life takes you”.
