Traditional interior design usually includes home visits, purchasing management, and coordination with contractors. These steps increase costs.

Studio Serrano works entirely online and focuses on what brings real value to you

  • your mood boards

  • your floor plan layouts

  • your 3D visualisations

  • your curated shopping list

This structure allows you to receive expert design with a timeless and soulful result while avoiding the additional expenses of onsite services.

All prices already include taxes so there are no hidden surprises.

What happens after I purchase a package?

Studio Serrano offers consultations and full project communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

You are welcome to choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing your ideas and expectations.

How many revisions are included?

Express Design begins with a 45 minute online consultation. Essence and Signature packages begin with a 60 minute online consultation.

Essence and Signature packages also include a personal 30 minute online implementation clarity call after delivery of the design.

For the best results, we kindly ask you to:

• Complete the questionnaire carefully

• Upload a clear video of your space

• Provide accurate measurements

This allows the design to be developed with precision and clarity from the start.

No additional consultations are required for most projects. However, if you would like extra support at any stage, additional online consultations are available at €70 for 45 minutes.

Will I receive support after my design is delivered?

Essence and Signature include a personal 30 minute online implementation clarity call after delivery of the design. Express Design is intentionally focused and does not include a follow up session. Additional support can always be booked separately if desired.

In which languages is the service available?

You will begin by booking your sixty minute online consultation.

After reserving your date, you will receive a questionnaire where you can upload your video, your photos, and your measurements or floor plan if available.

These materials must be submitted at least forty eight hours before our meeting so I can prepare everything thoughtfully.

During the consultation we will review all details together and set a clear direction for your design.

Do you also buy and deliver the furniture?

No. You receive a curated shopping list with direct links so you can manage your own purchases and deliveries with full transparency. This keeps the process flexible and free from markups.

What if I want more than one room designed?

Each package covers one room.

How long does it take to receive my design?

Express Design: within 2 working days

Essence Package: within 3 working days

Signature Package: within 5 working days

Can I request a refund if I change my mind?

You may cancel and request a refund up to 48 hours before your consultation, as long as no materials have been submitted. Once your questionnaire, photos, video, or measurements are uploaded, the design process begins and refunds are no longer possible. Within 24 hours of the consultation, rescheduling isn’t available.
