All prices already include taxes so there are no hidden surprises.

What happens after I purchase a package, and what support is included?

After purchasing your package, you will receive a questionnaire where you can share your goals, preferences, photos, video and measurements of your space. For the best results, please complete the questionnaire carefully, upload a clear video and provide accurate measurements, as this allows the design to be developed with precision and clarity from the start.

Express Design begins with a 45 minute online consultation. Essence and Signature packages begin with a 60 minute online consultation. Studio Serrano offers consultations and full project communication in English, Portuguese and Spanish, so you can choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing your ideas and expectations.

After delivery, Essence and Signature also include a personal 30 minute online implementation clarity call to review final questions, clarify details and help you feel confident before implementing your project. Express Design is a focused package and does not include a follow up call, but additional online consultations are available at €70 for 45 minutes if you would like extra support at any stage.

In which languages is the service available?

Studio Serrano offers consultations and full project communication in English, Portuguese and Spanish. You are welcome to choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing your ideas and expectations.

Do you also buy and deliver the furniture?

No. You receive a curated shopping list with direct links so you can manage your own purchases and deliveries with full transparency. This keeps the process flexible and free from markups.

What if I want more than one room designed?

Each package covers one room.

How long does it take to receive my design?

Express Design is delivered within 2 working days after the online consultation.

Essence Package is delivered within 4 working days after you choose one of the two mood board directions.

Signature Package is delivered within 6 working days after you choose one of the two mood board directions.

Can I request a refund if I change my mind?

You may cancel and request a refund up to 48 hours before your consultation, as long as no materials have been submitted. Once your questionnaire, photos, video, or measurements are uploaded, the design process begins and refunds are no longer possible. Within 24 hours of the consultation, rescheduling isn’t available.

Do I need a home visit to receive mood boards, space planning and a shopping list?

No. Studio Serrano offers a 100% online interior design service with no home visits needed. Depending on the package, clients receive mood boards, space planning, layout guidance, and a detailed shopping list with clickable purchase links. The process is designed for expats, newcomers, and international homeowners who want a clear and elegant design plan they can implement at their own pace.

How do I choose between the Express Design, Essence and Signature packages?

Choose Express Design if you need focused professional direction, one clear visual direction, a 2D layout plan and a curated shortlist of up to 5 key items with clickable links.

Choose Essence if you want a more complete design concept, including two bespoke mood boards, one 2D layout plan, a full shopping list with clickable links aligned to your budget, a digital design booklet and a 30 minute implementation clarity call.

Choose Signature if you want maximum visual confidence before purchasing. It includes everything in Essence, plus photorealistic 3D renderings and a walkthrough video, making it ideal if you want to see your project clearly before making final purchases.

For larger projects, multi room projects and kitchens, Studio Serrano prepares a tailored proposal.

Yes. Studio Serrano provides detailed shopping lists with clickable purchase links for furniture, lighting, textiles, decor and other selected items. The shopping list is created according to the approved design direction, the client’s lifestyle, budget and location, allowing clients to bring their design to life at their own pace.
