Terms & Conditions
We want your design journey to feel inspiring, simple, and professional.
Please review these terms so everything is clear before we begin.
1. Scope of Service
Each package applies to one room of your choice (excluding kitchens).
Kitchens and multi-room projects are quoted separately.
2. What We Provide
A 60-minute online kickoff consultation
Bespoke mood boards, 2D layouts, and (for the Signature Package) a full 3D walkthrough with renderings
A curated shopping list with clickable links, so you can easily purchase items directly
All deliverables are provided digitally. Studio Serrano does not handle physical purchases, deliveries, installations, or contractor management.
3. What You Provide
To ensure your design is accurate and tailored, you’ll need to provide:
Accurate room measurements (ideally with a floor plan if available)
Clear photos and a short video walkthrough of the space
Complete answers in your design questionnaire
It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements are accurate. Studio Serrano cannot be held liable for errors caused by incorrect measurements.
4. Purchases & Deliveries
We provide curated suggestions with clickable links.
You are responsible for all purchases, deliveries, returns, and installations.
Product prices, availability, and lead times may change and are outside our control.
5. Consultations & Refinements
Each package includes one 60-minute online consultation at the start of the process.
No design revisions are included. Our process is designed to give you everything you need to bring your project to life.
If you would like additional refinements or ongoing guidance, these can be booked at €70/hour.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your package and request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff consultation, provided that you have not yet submitted the required materials.
The required materials include: the completed questionnaire, photos of the space, a short video walkthrough, accurate room measurements, and (if available) a 2D floor plan
Once these materials are submitted, the design process begins and refunds are no longer possible, even if this is more than 48 hours before the consultation.
If the required materials are not submitted at least 48 hours before the consultation, the meeting cannot take place. In such cases, it is the client’s responsibility to reschedule the consultation through the online booking system. Refunds do not apply.
Within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation, no refunds are available.
15-Minute & 60-Minute Consultation: These consultations are refundable only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. You may also reschedule it up to 24 hours in advance.
7. Delivery Timelines
Essence Package: approx. 1–1.5 weeks
Signature Package: approx. 1.5–2 weeks
Timelines begin only after the kickoff online consultation and once all required materials have been submitted (completed questionnaire, photos, video walkthrough, room measurements, and, if available, a 2D floor plan).
8. Pricing
Prices are subject to change, but once you purchase a package, the agreed price is secured for that project.
All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes. The amount shown is the total you will pay, there are no hidden fees or extra charges.
If you purchase a 15-minute introductory consultation (€30) and subsequently decide to book one of our design packages, the €30 fee will be credited toward the cost of that package.
9. Privacy & Use of Materials
Any photos, videos, and measurements you share with Studio Serrano are treated as confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of your design project. These will never be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.
All design deliverables created by Studio Serrano (such as mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, renderings, and curated shopping lists) remain the intellectual property of Studio Serrano.
Studio Serrano reserves the right to share these deliverables (excluding your personal photos/videos) as part of its professional portfolio on social media, website, or marketing materials, always in a way that protects your identity and privacy.
